All Storz heads are forged 6061-T6 aluminum to SAE-AMS-QQ-A-367 and ASTM B247 Complies with DIN standards which require that Storz heads must be forged when used in firefighting applications
Global type "C" stainless steel 2 1/2 inch female camlock (Cam & Groove) coupler to 2 1/2 inch hose shank
Comes attached to a PVC slip-socket adapter for glue-on connection to straight 6 inch schedule 40 PVC pipe
These couplings mate quickly and conveniently by inserting the grooved coupling into the cam coupling and simply closing the cam arms
